RETURNS & ORDER INFORMATION

Returns

Customer satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why SMARTFLOWDIRECT accepts returns and refunds if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return your order for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we can’t offer a refund.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with details.
If you can’t find your email, please check your Spam/Junk folder first.
Still can’t locate it? Contact us at support@smartflowdirect.com and we’ll confirm your order status.

I Put the Wrong Address — Can I Change It?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to make changes.

I Ordered Multiple Items but Only Received One

Don’t worry! Some of our products may ship from different warehouses, which means they can arrive in separate packages.
If part of your order hasn’t arrived yet, it’s still on its way.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible via:

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived What Should I Do?

If it’s been more than 15 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
We’ll investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

(Please note: shipping delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather or courier issues.)

Why Didn’t I Receive a Confirmation Email?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Still missing? Contact us at support@smartflowdirect.com and we’ll resend it right away.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be available.
If you don’t receive tracking information, email us and we’ll update you with the latest status.

Payment Options

SMARTFLOWDIRECT accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal.
If your card was declined or you experience a payment issue, contact us for assistance we’ll gladly help you complete your purchase.
